The Platform and mobile applications are owned and operated by Trading Today AI, a product of AI Investments Tech ("AI Investments Tech"), the parent entity of Trading Today AI (hereinafter, "Trading Today AI" or "THE HOLDER"). You can contact THE HOLDER through the Contact page available in the application or via our official social media channels.
Welcome to Trading Today AI. By creating an account or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, Legal Notice & Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree to any of the terms, do not use the application.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1. By registering, accessing, or using the application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you use the application on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these terms. By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform at https://tradingtoday.aiinvestments.tech/ or its mobile applications, the User expressly declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, and disclaimers set forth herein.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
2.1. Trading Today AI is an investment intelligence platform that provides market analysis, AI-generated recommendations, institutional flow signals, portfolio management, and automated market briefs. The service is offered through paid subscription plans (Essential, Pro, Elite, Institutional) and a free tier with limited features.
3. MOBILE APPLICATION
3.1. App Store Terms: Trading Today AI makes its mobile application (the "App") available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, the User agrees to comply with these Terms as well as the applicable terms and conditions of the respective app store provider (including Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and Google Play's Terms of Service). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory provision of the applicable app store terms, the app store provision shall prevail to the minimum extent required. These Terms are between Trading Today AI and the User only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Trading Today AI, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple Inc. and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the iOS version of the App and, upon the User's acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against the User as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
3.2. App Features and Disclaimers: The App provides access to the same features, analytics, and financial data as the website. All investment disclaimers set out in these Terms apply in full to the use of the App. All financial data, AI Scores, and related content provided through the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or trading advice.
3.3. Device Permissions: To enable certain features, the App may request access to device capabilities including camera, photo library, and push notifications. The User grants such permissions voluntarily and may revoke them at any time through the device's operating system settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit or disable specific App features.
3.4. App Availability: Trading Today AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue the App or any of its features at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, and Trading Today AI makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding its reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. The same exclusions of warranties and limitations of liability applicable to the website apply equally to the App.
3.5. Account Deletion: If the User wishes to delete their account and request the erasure of their associated personal data, they may do so via the Settings → Danger Zone section within the App or website, or by contacting Trading Today AI through the Contact page. All such requests will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
4. NATURE OF THE SERVICE: ABSENCE OF FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE
4.1. Strictly Informational and Technological Character: All information, data, metrics, weightings, Artificial Intelligence tools (Enterprise AI Runtime), quantitative algorithmic models (IIOS Runtime), technical analysis, macroeconomic metrics, institutional order flows (Dark Pools / DIX, Gamma Exposure / GEX), risk simulations (Monte Carlo VaR), scores (AI Score, Technical Score, Fundamental Score, Institutional Global Score), and automated investment ideas or recommendations available on the Platform are automatically generated strictly for educational, analytical, and informational purposes.
4.2. No Regulated Financial Advice: Neither Trading Today AI, nor its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, or technology providers operate as registered investment advisors, fund managers, broker-dealers, or securities analysts under the laws of any jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, the U.S. SEC, U.S. FINRA, UK FCA, ESMA, or CNMV in Spain). NOTHING ON THE PLATFORM CONSTITUTES A PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATION TO BUY, SELL, OR HOLD ANY FINANCIAL ASSET (STOCKS, ETFS, CRYPTOCURRENCIES, OPTIONS, FOREX, OR DERIVATIVES).
4.3. Independent Decision Making: The User acknowledges and agrees that any financial, trading, or investment decision made based on the content of the Platform is executed at their own sole risk and responsibility. Users are strongly advised to consult an independent, licensed financial, tax, and legal advisor prior to making any investment decisions.
5. HIGH-RISK INVESTMENT WARNING
5.1. Voluntary Risk and Loss of Capital: Trading and investing in financial markets (Equities, Derivatives, Options, Forex, and Crypto-assets) carry an exceptionally high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. There is a material possibility of incurring partial or total losses of invested capital, as well as liabilities exceeding the original deposit when trading leveraged products or financial derivatives. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
5.2. Past Performance Disclaimer: Historical trade logs (Track Record), backtested strategy results (Backtesting), expected performance metrics (Expected Return & Probability Matrix), or probability scores computed by AI are neither a guarantee, promise, nor reliable representation of future results.
6. AI & QUANTITATIVE MODEL DISCLAIMER
6.1. Stochastic Nature and AI "Hallucinations": The User understands and agrees that the Artificial Intelligence modules (AI Copilot, Explainable AI, Market Brief, etc.) operate on probabilistic models that calculate probabilities, not certainties. Artificial Intelligence may produce inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete, or outdated responses (commonly referred to as "AI hallucinations"). Trading Today AI does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or suitability of synthetic explanations or AI-generated analyses.
6.2. Latency, Third-Party Data, and Market Delays: Real-time market quotes, dark pool flow feeds, order books, economic calendars, and news streams may experience latency, disruptions, or inaccuracies due to reliance on third-party market data providers (Investing.com, Google Finance, Yahoo Finance). While we strive to maintain accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee that the data is error-free, complete, or up to date at all times. AI-generated recommendations and scores may be incorrect and should not be the sole basis for your decisions. The Platform is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Exclusion of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Today AI, its officers, developers, and licensors shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, capital loss, business interruption, or data loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Platform.
7.2. Liability Cap: In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds Trading Today AI liable for any reason relating to this agreement, the total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to the Platform during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is lower.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND ACCESS CONTROL
8.1. Billing and Payment Processing (Stripe): All payments, plan upgrades (FREE, ESSENTIAL, PRO, ELITE, INSTITUTIONAL), and recurring renewals are processed securely via third-party payment gateways such as Stripe. Trading Today AI does not store or directly process raw credit card credentials. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the corresponding amount according to the selected billing cycle. Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes will apply to billing cycles following the notification.
8.2. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the already-paid period. To completely delete your account and all associated data, use the "Delete account" option in Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is irreversible.
8.3. Usage Limits and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Access to advanced analytical tools, IIOS quantitative metrics, and real-time alerts is strictly subject to the active subscription tier verified by backend authentication and authorization controls. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend access to any feature or model in the event of unauthorized data scraping, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
9.1. You agree to: (a) provide truthful information when registering; (b) not share your account or credentials; (c) not use the application for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities; (d) not attempt to access other users' data, compromise system security, or scrape content in an automated manner without authorization; and (e) respect the intellectual property rights of the platform and third parties.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESTRICTIONS
10.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the platform architecture, software, trademarks, logos, algorithms (IIOS Runtime), proprietary AI models, user interface components, and visual assets remain the exclusive property of Trading Today AI. You are granted no rights to such content beyond personal, non-commercial access during your subscription.
10.2. Restrictions: The User is strictly prohibited from:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or underlying algorithms from the Platform or the Enterprise AI Runtime.
- Using web crawlers, bots, or automated extraction tools to scrape market data or signals without explicit API authorization under the INSTITUTIONAL tier.
- Reselling, redistributing, or commercializing the signals, reports, or analytical insights generated by the Platform to third parties.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT
11.1. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, and content that are not owned or controlled by Trading Today AI. Trading Today AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party websites or services accessible through links on the Platform, and does not recommend or guarantee any information obtained from third parties. Trading Today AI shall not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, or harm derived from the use or misuse of any third-party link, content, or service. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Trading Today AI.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
12.1. Trading Today AI shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms when such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, failures of telecommunications networks, internet infrastructure disruptions, power outages, or any other unforeseeable circumstance or force majeure event.
13. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
13.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or third parties for such modifications.
14. AMENDMENTS
14.1. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of this document at any time. We will notify you of significant changes within the application or by email. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
15. PRIVACY POLICY
15.1. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://tradingtoday.aiinvestments.tech/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
16.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of AI Investments Tech, the parent entity of Trading Today AI, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
17. TRADEMARK NOTICES
17.1. Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.
17.2. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
17.3. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the Platform are the property of their respective owners.
