Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account or sign in through social providers (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Apple).

Market and usage data: symbols you enter, AI assistant queries, and configuration preferences (language, theme, notifications).

Payment data: handled exclusively by our payment provider, Stripe. We never store your full card details; we only retain customer and subscription identifiers generated by Stripe, along with billing status and history.

Analytics data: anonymous usage events (pages visited, features used) to improve the product. We do not collect precise geolocation data or advertising identifiers for tracking purposes.

Technical data: IP address, device type, and browser, for security and diagnostics.

We use your data to: (a) create and manage your account; (b) provide market analysis, recommendations, and institutional intelligence; (c) process subscriptions and payments through Stripe; (d) send notifications, market briefs, and alerts you have enabled; (e) personalize the language and appearance of the application; (f) improve our models and services through aggregated analytics; and (g) prevent fraud and ensure platform security.

We process your personal data based on: (a) the performance of the subscription contract you enter into with us; (b) your consent for communications and notifications; and (c) our legitimate interest in improving security and service quality. You may withdraw your consent at any time from the application settings.

Stripe: our payment provider. It processes your card and transaction data under its own privacy policy.

AI providers: we use artificial intelligence services to generate analysis and recommendations. Only the data necessary for the query (e.g., the asset symbol) is shared, never your credentials.

Market data providers: public sources for quotes and analysis (Investing.com, Google Finance, Yahoo Finance).

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

We retain your data while your account is active. Billing data may be kept for the legally required period for tax and accounting purposes. If you request account deletion, we will permanently erase your personal data and associated records (analyses, notifications) from our databases.

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR/EU, CCPA/California, or others), you may: (a) access your personal data; (b) request rectification; (c) request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); (d) object to or restrict processing; (e) request data portability; and (f) withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the "Settings" → "Danger Zone" → "Delete account" section within the application. The action is irreversible and will permanently erase your information from our databases, in compliance with Google Play and App Store requirements.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption in transit, role-based access control, security audits). No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect your information.

The application is not directed at individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the application. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
